I’m so happy you’re here! Did you find this page through social media? Or was it my network? Did a little birdie mention me… ?? Oh! Maybe, just maybe, you’ve been seeking the right person to collaborate with on a particular vocal project and like a babe in the woods, you’ve wandered into the dark forest of the internet, clicking link after link, becoming lost and exhausted, and you’ve stopped here in this bright, green clearing for a short rest near a babbling brook. There, there, shhhhh. It’s okay, you made it. I’m here. I can be your cool drink of water, or tender patch of grass to lay your head. Are you sleepy? No? Okay, well, let me tell you a story.
Once upon a time, there was a little kid who cried at every Oscar’s speech and whose heart leapt at the first note of song in any musical. Dear reader: that kid was ME! And, spoiler alert: now I’m here in NYC, living my dreams as a multi-hyphenate vocal performer.

Gigi Hernandez is a trained actor & performer making her foray into VO. Originally from Sacramento, her New York life has held many epochs: since graduating from NYU in 2013 with a BFA in Drama, Gigi has worked as an Actor, a Waiter, a Costume Designer, a Personal Organizer, a Singer-songwriter, a Copywriter, a Bartender, a Market Researcher, a Babysitter, a Receptionist, and a Baker. This plethora of experiences encouraged a nuanced appreciation for the human condition, fermenting her people skills & performance chops over time, like a fine wine.
Gigi’s vocal quality conjures friendly mischief & a smokey feminine growl. Gigi received private and group coaching in Commercial Voice-over through Edge Studios, and has recorded professionally for Edge and MillerKnoll Furniture. Gigi’s currently bookable for commercial and creative Voice Over work in the NY area, can also record & collaborate remotely from home in Brooklyn, where she is equipped with a soundproofed recording space, RØDE NT1 Signature Studio Condenser Microphone, Scarlett Focusrite DI and editing with Audacity. She is also interested in Animation, Narrative, and Educational VO.
Gigi enjoys Cartoons, Pop Culture Podcasts, Karaoke, Stand-up Comedy, Tarot, Astrology, Halloween, Kitchen Dance Parties, Cooking, Baking, Eating, Traveling, and Spending Time with her Loved Ones. She is bilingual in Spanish.
